100 sales. (Hurray!)
Feedback: 63. 100% positive. (Boo!)
Everyone seems happy when they make purchases from my LonesomeBrown store. I rarely get any complaints, and if I do my customers are more than pleased with my resolutions. But even though I have 100% positive feedback, I’ve only received feedback on 63 of my 100 sales. :( What about the other 37 sales? Were those folks happy too? Were they just ok with their purchase, but didn’t want to complain? Boo. I want to know! I want the chance to beam if they are thrilled, or to make it up if they’re not.
Growing up I was always an overachiever. An A- was not good enough. If I had a 95%, I tried to get peaks at the other scores to see if anyone had a higher score. Perfection was the goal! Now, well, I’ve learned that life is not perfect. That I am not perfect. That bad things happen. But when they do, I like to make the best of them and try to solve them if at all possible.
